If you prefer, you can also call (833) 496-0579, email leasing@livevarenna.com, or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.
All applicants are required to provide a valid, government-issued ID and supporting documentation for income verification.
Income must be at least 5x the monthly rent, in addition to meeting all other standard application requirements.
The income requirement is a minimum of 3x the monthly rent in gross income.

Please submit a Reasonable Accommodation Request form to the leasing office. Once received, the request will be forwarded to our corporate team for review and approval.

Amenities

Our community amenities include a fitness center, resort-style pool, golf simulator, Wi-Fi lounge, three courtyards, six BBQ grilling stations, a dog park, and a pet wash station complete with a drying station.
Amenities are open daily and are only closed during designated quiet hours.
Select amenity spaces may be available to reserve for private events. Availability, reservation procedures, and any associated costs are managed by the onsite team.

Additional amenities include a fully stocked pet spa with a drying station and pet toys, secure package lockers, guest pass access for gates and amenities, and app-based key access for building entry doors.

Open parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while carports and garages are assigned. Overnight guests are asked to park in the spaces located along Bella June, just outside the back gate.

The community offers secure Parcel Pending package lockers along with an indoor mail room for convenient package and mail retrieval.
The community offers a front desk team, 24-hour courtesy patrol, and 24-hour emergency maintenance response for added convenience and peace of mind.

Guests

For guest suite availability, reservation details, and nightly rates, please contact the leasing team directly by phone or email.
There are over 100 parking spaces available along Bella June, located just outside our back gate. We ask overnight guests to park there to help ensure residents always have priority access to onsite parking spaces.
Residents are able to assign guest passes to visitors for convenient access to the community and amenities.

Yes, the community offers accessibility features for individuals with disabilities. We have 6 ADA-accessible apartment homes onsite, all first-floor apartments are stair-free, and ADA- accessible sidewalk ramps are located throughout the property at every building. Residents may also submit a Reasonable Accommodation Request form to the leasing office for additional accommodation needs, which will be reviewed by our corporate team.

Pets

Yes, each apartment home may accommodate up to two cats and/or dogs.
For the safety and comfort of all residents, certain dog breeds and breed mixes are restricted within the community. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf Hybrid.

Service animals are permitted as required by applicable law and are not subject to pet fees, deposits, or restrictions.
Emotional support animal requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Documentation may be required as part of the review process.
We offer several pet-friendly amenities throughout the community, including two large dog parks, a fully stocked pet wash station with a drying station, complimentary pet toys and towels, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout all apartment homes. We also feature a fun “Pet of the Month” program for our furry residents.

The community is within walking distance of the popular Wolf Ranch shopping center, just minutes from the historic Georgetown Square downtown district, and conveniently located right off I-35 for easy access to Austin and surrounding areas.
Yes, there are several parks and walking trails nearby. Residents enjoy easy access to scenic walking paths around Georgetown, nearby parks, and outdoor recreation areas, including trails near San Gabriel Park, Jim Hogg Park, Blue Hole, San Gabriel River trail, Picckett trail, Lake Georgetown with its surrounding hikes and trails and the lake areas surrounding the community. The property itself also features multiple courtyards and walkable outdoor spaces perfect for those with pets or enjoying the outdoors.
Varenna Lakeside is conveniently located near many of Georgetown’s most popular entertainment and cultural attractions. Residents enjoy easy access to live music venues, the historic Georgetown Square, Market Days, local boutiques and restaurants, and annual community events like the Red Poppy Festival. Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the management office directly.
Residents do have access to discounts and special offers through several local business partnerships. These range from savings with our cable and Wi-Fi provider to offers from nearby businesses, including local wellness services like the sauna studio and other neighborhood vendors.
